January 1: New Year

Happy New Year everyone. I hope that this year will be a better us and a better relationship with God, family and friends. All the best this 2015 and God bless us all :)

First, Why did I started this blog?! I was thinking of writing my diary/journal every year but I was not able to do it and I think that why not start it today, so here it is. To all na Grammar Nazi, pardon for my bad English. I'll write naman in Taglish (Tagalog-English) :p

Start of the year! Well, I was a bit emotional every New Year (because I'm a sentimental and emotional person..haha). Looking back it was not an easy year for us (I lost my dog, dad was hospitalized, was not able to finished my special project at school, too much stress at work etc.), but of course, God has always been very very good to me, to my family. He's my strength. Looking for a brighter 2015 with the whole family and friends with God on our side.

Of course, January 1 is also the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God. So, for us Catholics it is a holy day of obligation. The mass in our chapel is 8am and I woke up at around 7:10am. Naligo ako as fast as I can and I prayed na sana late ang priest. (Well, prayers granted kasi late yung sumundo kay Father sa Parish). It's a really cold day. Naulan simula pa nung New Year's Celebration. And after mass sobrang ulan din so bonding muna with choir members sa choir loop. Maunti lang kami kanina.

After mass, kumain kami (family) ng breakfast and natulog. Really, We were very tired and sleepy. Factor na din siguro ang malamig na weather kaya masarap matulog :) So ayon, not very productive today. I was not able to finish cleaning my room.
